Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective August 16, 2026

Information we collect

PMC currently uses account email and authentication records; profile information such as name, phone, driver-license number, emergency contact, city, state and experience level; vehicle details; and, when an event workflow is active, registration, car number, class, event participation, waiver, Check-In, Technical Inspection and payment-status records. PMC systems also generate operational, authentication, security and audit logs.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure driver accounts, maintain reusable driver and vehicle profiles, determine vehicle class, administer event eligibility and capacity, reserve car numbers, manage event-day Check-In and Technical Inspection, record waiver and payment status when those approved services are enabled, publish eligible results, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain an auditable operational record.

Sharing and service providers

PMC does not sell personal information. We have not confirmed advertising networks or third-party analytics in the current production application. Supabase provides the current database and authentication services. OpenAI Sites hosts the application, and Cloudflare supports delivery and security. These providers process data to operate and protect their services. PMC may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect participants, the public, PMC or its rights.

Payments

Live payment processing is not enabled. If an approved payment provider is connected later, PMC expects to retain operational payment details such as provider reference, amount, currency, status and relevant timestamps. Complete payment-card numbers and card security codes are handled by the approved provider and are not needed or stored directly by PMC under the current architecture.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses local storage for the selected language and for limited browser-side test or fallback state. Supabase may store authentication session information in the browser when a user signs in. Cloudflare may set essential security or bot-management cookies. PMC has not confirmed advertising cookies in the current production application.

Security

PMC uses access controls, authenticated sessions, Row Level Security, role checks and audit logging intended to limit access to operational data. No system can guarantee absolute security, and PMC does not promise that unauthorized access can never occur.

Retention

PMC keeps information for as long as reasonably needed for account, event, safety, operational, recordkeeping and dispute purposes, and as required by applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record and operational need. Versioned consent records are designed to remain immutable so PMC can identify the exact document accepted at the time; no fixed retention period is promised here.

Your requests and contact

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information by contacting performancemotorsportclub@gmail.com. PMC will verify the requester and respond according to the applicable record, operational need and legal obligations. Some records may need to be retained, including records needed for security, event administration or historical consent evidence.

Policy changes

PMC may publish a new version when its actual practices or service providers change. A new version does not overwrite an earlier accepted version. Where acceptance is required, the applicable version will be presented before registration or another affected action.

Effective date and version

Effective August 16, 2026. Privacy Policy version 1.0.

Participation & Conduct

Every participant must follow PMC official instructions, drive only within the approved course and paddock rules, behave respectfully, and protect venue, PMC, and third-party property. Intentional drifting, burnouts, donuts, reckless or aggressive driving, abusive or threatening behavior, ignoring officials, and damaging property are prohibited.

PMC may immediately stop a participant's runs, disqualify or remove the participant, cancel the registration, require the person to leave the venue, and deny future participation when conduct threatens safety, disrupts operations, violates instructions, or risks damage. Participation terminated for conduct or safety violations is not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. The participant may be held responsible for damage caused.

Copyright & Content Use

Original PMC website text, graphics, branding, logos, page structure, original written materials, downloadable PMC materials, and photographs owned by or licensed to Performance Motorsport Club LLC are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. They may not be reproduced, republished, copied, distributed, or commercially reused without PMC's prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

This notice does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or photographs, standard motorsport terminology, factual information, public legal or regulatory text, or other third-party material. Such material remains subject to its respective rights and permitted uses.
