1. Participant Cancellation & Event Credit

All registration fees are non-refundable.

A driver who cannot attend must notify PMC in writing as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the published start time. PMC then moves the registration to the Deferral list and issues one Event Credit. Later requests (for example, a breakdown on the morning of the event) are reviewed at PMC's discretion.

An Event Credit covers one standard entry at one future PMC event held on or before the credit's expiration date (90 days after the original event). It belongs to the driver it was issued to — it cannot be given to another person, exchanged for cash, or applied to any other service. A registration made with an Event Credit cannot be deferred again. See the Event Credit Policy.

A no-show without any notice receives no refund, credit, or transfer. Notice given late is reviewed at PMC's discretion.

2. Price & Documentation

An Event Credit covers the standard entry fee of the event it is used for — no price difference is charged or refunded.

PMC may require a new registration, waiver, technical declaration, or other event-specific documents.

3. Postponement or Cancellation by PMC

If PMC postpones or cancels an event for unsafe weather, lightning, flooding, hurricane, venue closure, a government order, an emergency, or another circumstance outside its reasonable control, the registration automatically transfers to the new date.

If a driver cannot attend the rescheduled date, the registration may be moved to the Deferral list and an Event Credit issued under section 1.

No cash refund is issued unless PMC expressly announces otherwise.

4. Removal for Unsafe or Prohibited Conduct

PMC may stop a participant's runs, disqualify or remove the participant, cancel the registration, require the person to leave the venue, and deny future participation when conduct threatens safety, disrupts operations, or risks damage to property.

Intentional drifting, burnouts, donuts, reckless or aggressive driving, abusive or threatening behavior, ignoring officials, and damaging property are prohibited.

A removal for conduct or safety reasons is not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. The participant may be held responsible for any damage caused.
