English is the official and controlling version of this policy.
01Participant cancellation and registration transfer
All registration fees are non-refundable.
Participants who cannot attend must notify PMC in writing at least 24 hours before the published event start time.
With proper notice, paid registration transfers one time only to the next scheduled event for which the participant and vehicle are eligible.
The transferred registration must be used for that event. It cannot transfer again, go to another person, be exchanged for cash, credited to another service or saved for later.
Late cancellation, no-show or failure to provide written notice receives no refund, credit or transfer.
02Pricing and event documents
Any price difference for the next eligible event must be paid before confirmation. If it costs less, no cash refund or credit is issued.
PMC may require a new registration, waiver, technical declaration or other event-specific documents.
03PMC event postponement or cancellation
If PMC postpones or cancels because of unsafe weather, lightning, flooding, hurricane conditions, venue closure, government order, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, registration automatically transfers to the rescheduled date.
If the participant cannot attend, registration may transfer one time to the next eligible event.
No cash refund will be issued unless PMC expressly announces otherwise.
04Removal for unsafe or prohibited conduct
PMC may immediately stop runs, disqualify or remove a participant, cancel registration, require departure and deny future participation when conduct threatens safety, operations or property.
Prohibited conduct includes intentional drifting, burnouts, donuts, reckless or aggressive driving, abusive or threatening behavior, ignoring officials and damaging property.
Participation terminated for conduct or safety violations is not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer. The participant may be responsible for damage as permitted by law.
