Registration Transfer Policy
A registration transfer moves a paid entry to a different event. It is governed by the same rules as the Cancellation Policy — summarized here for the transfer itself.
How a transfer works
With at least 24 hours' written notice before the published start time, a paid registration transfers one time to the next scheduled event for which the driver and vehicle are eligible.
The transferred registration must be used at that next event. It cannot be transferred again, given to another person, exchanged for cash, applied to another PMC service, or held indefinitely for a later date.
Price differences & paperwork
If the next event costs more, the difference must be paid before the transfer is confirmed. If it costs less, PMC does not issue a refund or credit for the difference.
PMC may require a new registration form, waiver signature, technical declaration, or other event-specific documents to complete the transfer.
Car number & class
A transferred registration carries over the driver's vehicle unless the driver updates it before the new event. Car number and class remain subject to availability and confirmation at the destination event.
When PMC postpones an event
If PMC postpones or cancels an event for weather, venue, safety, or another reason outside its reasonable control, every affected registration automatically transfers to the rescheduled date at no cost. A driver who cannot attend the new date may still use the one-time transfer to the next eligible event instead.
What does not qualify for a transfer
A late cancellation, a no-show, or a removal from an event for unsafe or prohibited conduct does not qualify for a transfer, refund, or credit. See the full Cancellation Policy for details.
To request a transfer, email performancemotorsportclub@gmail.com with your name, current event, and the event you'd like to move to, before the 24-hour deadline.
