How a transfer works

Notify PMC in writing as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the published start time. PMC then moves your registration to the Deferral list and issues an Event Credit. Later requests (for example, a breakdown on the morning of the event) are reviewed at PMC's discretion.

Use the credit to register for any PMC event held on or before its expiration date (90 days after the original event). It is shown in My Registrations with its expiration date. The credit is used once, belongs to you only, and cannot be transferred again, given to another person, exchanged for cash, or applied to another PMC service. Expired credits cannot be used.

Price differences & paperwork

An Event Credit covers one standard entry, so nothing is due at checkout and no price difference is charged or refunded.

PMC may require a new registration form, waiver signature, technical declaration, or other event-specific documents to complete the transfer.

Car number & class

Your car number and class are confirmed at the new event from your garage and remain subject to availability and confirmation at the destination event.

When PMC postpones an event

If PMC postpones or cancels an event for weather, venue, safety, or another reason outside its reasonable control, every affected registration automatically transfers to the rescheduled date at no cost. A driver who cannot attend the new date may instead request an Event Credit.

What does not qualify for a transfer

A no-show without any notice, or a removal from an event for unsafe or prohibited conduct, does not qualify for a transfer, refund, or credit. Notice given late (inside 24 hours, or on the morning of the event) is reviewed at PMC's discretion. See the full Cancellation Policy for details.
