Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or the PMC driver dashboard, or by registering for a Performance Motorsport Club LLC ("PMC") event, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation Policy, and the event-specific waiver you sign at registration. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for an event.

Eligibility & Accounts

Event participation is currently planned for licensed drivers age 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, driver and vehicle information you submit, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Event Registration & Payments

Event and membership fees are processed through Square. All fees are non-refundable except as described in the Cancellation Policy and Registration Transfer Policy. Registration for an event does not guarantee a specific car number, class, or run count.

Participation & Conduct

Every participant must follow PMC official instructions, drive only within the approved course and paddock rules, behave respectfully, and protect venue, PMC, and third-party property. Intentional drifting, burnouts, donuts, reckless or aggressive driving, abusive or threatening behavior, ignoring officials, and damaging property are prohibited.

PMC may immediately stop a participant's runs, disqualify or remove the participant, cancel the registration, require the person to leave the venue, and deny future participation when conduct threatens safety, disrupts operations, violates instructions, or risks damage. Participation terminated for conduct or safety violations is not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. The participant may be held responsible for damage caused.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Autocross and related driving activities carry inherent risk. Every driver and passenger must sign the official PMC event waiver before participating; that waiver — not this page — is the controlling risk-assumption and release document. Copyright & Content Use

Original PMC website text, graphics, branding, logos, page structure, original written materials, downloadable PMC materials, and photographs owned by or licensed to Performance Motorsport Club LLC are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. They may not be reproduced, republished, copied, distributed, or commercially reused without PMC's prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

This notice does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or photographs, standard motorsport terminology, factual information, public legal or regulatory text, or other third-party material. Such material remains subject to its respective rights and permitted uses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and dashboard are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PMC does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that event schedules, pricing, or standings shown are free of occasional error — always confirm event-specific details with PMC directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or dashboard. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives the specific representations made in the signed event waiver, which governs on-track participation risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

PMC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
