Event Credit Policy
One credit replaces one PMC event entry — for the driver it was issued to, before it expires.
What an Event Credit is
An Event Credit replaces one PMC event entry. PMC issues it when it moves a confirmed registration to the Deferral list (a vehicle breakdown, an emergency, or another reason PMC accepts), or awards it as a prize (for example, a free-entry winner).
How to request one
Notify PMC in writing as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the published start time. PMC then moves your registration to the Deferral list and issues an Event Credit. Later requests (for example, a breakdown on the morning of the event) are reviewed at PMC's discretion. A no-show without any notice does not qualify.
Expiration
A deferral credit expires 90 days after the date of the original event. A prize credit expires 30 days after it is awarded. A credit can be used only for an event held on or before its expiration date, which is shown in My Registrations.
Expired credits cannot be used, refunded or reinstated, except where PMC grants a written extension.
Using your credit
Register for an eligible event as usual. Your credit is applied automatically at the Payment step and replaces card payment — $0 is due. Your car number and class come from your garage and remain subject to availability. A credit covers one event only.
Who can use it
Only the driver it was issued to. Credits cannot be sold, given away, exchanged for cash, or applied to memberships, car numbers or other services.
Once per registration
A registration made with an Event Credit cannot be deferred again.
Refunds
Issuing a credit does not refund your original payment. Registration fees remain non-refundable under the Cancellation Policy.
Removal
A removal from an event for unsafe or prohibited conduct forfeits any credit for that event.
