Waiver Information
Autocross carries inherent risk. Every driver and passenger must accept the official PMC event waiver before participating — this page explains how and when.
When you'll see the waiver
The waiver is presented as a required step in the online registration flow, alongside the event rulebook, before checkout. You review and electronically accept it for the specific event you're registering for — your acceptance is recorded on your registration with a timestamp.
Who must accept it
Every driver participating on the Course must accept the current waiver before their registration can be marked ready to run. Passengers riding along and anyone entering the Course area are also required to acknowledge and follow event safety rules and PMC official instructions.
What the waiver covers
The signed event waiver is PMC's official assumption-of-risk and release document for autocross participation. It — not this page, the FAQ, or any other part of the site — is the controlling document for on-track risk. If anything here appears to conflict with the signed waiver, the waiver controls.
Minors and passengers
PMC events are currently planned for licensed drivers age 18 or older. Any passenger policy, and any waiver requirements for a passenger, will be stated in the event-specific registration instructions.
Questions
If you have questions about the waiver before you register, contact PMC at performancemotorsportclub@gmail.com before your event.
